The Intercession for Priests is open to Bishops, priests and deacons only. The week goes from Monday morning to Friday lunch. It is strongly encouraged for priests to register. However, please do not Priests do not have to register, though it is better if they do. They can come in when they choose, stay for as long as they want and leave when they wish. When present they are expected to take part in the spiritual exercises of the Intercession for Priests.

Theme: Priesthood, Embodiment of the Prodigal Father
August 4 - 8, 2008- Intercession for Priests with Special Speaker:
Dr. Carol Razza
Dr. Razza is a fulltime faculty member and formation advisor at St. Vincent de Paul Seminary. She has worked in private practice as a psychotherapist for twenty years. She has written two books: Sonblock and Parent me...Please. Dr. Razza also presents at seminars, conferenes, workshops, and retreats both nationally and internationally.

Week 2:
August 11, 2008 - National Day of Prayer for Priests, Knock Shrine, Co. Mayo
August 12 - 15, 2008 - Intercession for Priests

Week 3:
Theme: Letter to the Colossians: Understanding the Mystery
August 18 - 22, 2008 - Intercession for Priests with Special Speaker:
Rev. Francis Martin
Fr. Francis Martin is a priest of the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C. where he is chaplain of the Mother of God Community. He is Adam Cardinal Maida Professor of New Testament at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C.. Author of several learned books and many articles, Fr. Martin is also known for his conference and retreat work in various parts of the world and for his popular books and numerous articles on Sacred Scripture and Spirituality.

Week 4:
August 25 - 29, 2008 - Intercession for Priests
